A grade-level content diagnostic shows exactly which skills in reading, writing, or math are missing or shaky, and instruction goes straight there instead of re-covering what a student already knows.
From there, each student follows a plan built from their own starting point, working one-to-one until each skill holds up on its own — and once the gaps close, we compact the curriculum to move ahead rather than mark time.
